If you look closley you can see a cursive C with a 3 next to it. And I am not sure if this part is a dent or a mark but I think it is a mark. It looks like a fancy F but instead of a line for the cross between it it looks like a dot.
Please tell me what this is ASAP. I don't need to know a whole lot just the basics.
