: I just rec'd a 12 pc set w/many serving pieces, but I am having trouble identifying the pattern. The pieces also have a little red or yellow "x" on the back -- does this mean they are "seconds"? I have not been able to locate any information on this. From my reading appears was made between 1881-1900 - pattern has blue "daisy" type flowers w/pink centers & brown leaves & stems. Any help would be appreciated.

I too have a pattern like that, been trying to find out what the name of the pattern is, do you have any idea? Yes, it was made between 1891-1900. I have same initials on back of mine, but no little x's
