If the number is 15578 on sugar and covered veggie then it is probably Schleiger 42 of some sort (different blanks)- actually the pattern I collect! You can look on my web page for pictures of it.

There is usually a fern (green or pink) running toward the middle of the plate. (actaully Queen Ann's Lace).
The date is 1889-1931. I have usually found it in northeastern Ohio (where mine came from) but pieces scattered here and there.
