Help! The plate is cream color with a gold scolloped edge. The gold feathers down. In the center of the plate are the gold initials ELC in script. On the back with Haviland France in green, Haviland & Co Limoges. in brown. Next to the rim on the bottom in green is N.S.D. 1907. Any help would be appreciated.
