I have found an apparent match for my china in pictures. It is called Anjou and number ID as 31833. I found a number 31207 on the under side of a serving dish lid.
Questions I have are: was the pattern made at different times? Are older versions worth more, or less? Is the Anjou Pattern label correct for my set?
